The Technology Outreach (TO) team provides outreach services to the University through the forms of training, learning technologies administration and support, and communication. The group is responsible for facilitating technology training on campus through in-person workshops, one-on-one training, group training by request, and documentation. The team administers and supports the University System of Georgia learning management system and other academic learning technologies supported by Kennesaw State University. This unit evaluates new software and services prior to campus implementation to ensure quality and that KSU community members enjoy their full benefits. In addition, TO provides campus communications for all UITS technologies and services, including communications for major campus technology projects and initiatives. Technology Outreach’s mission is to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge between the people who implement technology on campus to the people who use the technology.
