    Supports audio & visual equipment needs for classrooms and conference rooms on campus.
  • Desktop Services
    Provide operational support and logical management of desktop systems as well as desktop related functions for the university.
  • Applications Support
    The Application Support team provides the maintenance and support for enterprise level applications on campus and is responsible for the technical portion of these applications’ implementations. We strive to provide superior customer service to our end users through timely and helpful support.
  • Providing an online knowledge base for customer FAQs

  • The UITS Training group serves Kennesaw State University Faculty, Staff, and Students by designing, developing, and delivering a wide variety of technology training services.
