The online program is an on-demand learning tool, which assists users in becoming familiar with the new email collaboration suite's environment. Click here to access the online training modules.
The UITS Learning Technologies, Training & AudioVisual Outreach team offers one-on-one hands-on training sessions by request. Such sessions convey the information needed to use the new email system and allow faculty and staff the opportunity to get answers to questions they may have. You may request a session with a trainer by contacting the Service Desk (ext. 6999) or by registering on OwlSupport. Note that one-on-one training sessions can be requested for Microsoft Outlook as well.
