Where do I access Office 365?
You can login to Office 365 at portal.office365.com. Use your KSU email address and your NetID password.

I’m a student – does KSU give me access to Microsoft Office applications?
Yes – you will be able to access Office 365 applications online or download desktop versions of Office 365 applications for your PC and/or Mac.

I have graduated or left KSU. How long will I have access to KSU Office 365?
Your access to Office 365 will expire three semesters after your last semester at KSU. This includes summer semesters.

Can I use Office 365 on my phone or tablet?Yes. You can access Office 365 on your iOS or Android device using mobile application versions downloaded from your device’s app store.

If someone shares a file with me and they’re no longer with KSU, will I still have access to their file?Your share will remain active until that person’s access to Office 365 expires – three semesters after separating from the university.

Can two people edit the same document at the same time?Yes, while using the browser version of an Office 365 application.

What browsers are supported?KSU Office 365 supports Internet Explorer 11, Internet Explorer 10, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari (on Mac).

Why can’t I use Access in Office 365?Access is currently only available as a downloadable application for PC. To download and install the application, login to o365.kennesaw.edu and click Install Office 2016 at the top right corner of the screen.

Can you share a OneDrive file or folder to a KSU Service Desk managed distribution list?You can generate a shareable link to a file or folder via OneDrive and manually send the link to the distribution list.

What data is restricted from being stored on OneDrive?
The following data types cannot be stored in OneDrive at KSU:
- Social security numbers or driver’s license numbers
- Banking account numbers, credit card numbers, debit card numbers
- Medical records
