In ServiceNow, Project Requests are called Demands. The request form is similar to the form in Team Dynamix. For more information on how to submit a new project request in ServiceNow, please reference How to Submit a Project Request.
In the request, please describe your business issue or the problem you are trying to solve and the business justification for this request. Once you have successfully submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Below is an overview of the review and prioritization process.

The UITS Process and Project Management team will offer drop-in “Office Hours” for
anyone who has questions or needs more information about project management in ServiceNow.
