Process and Project Management has moved to ServiceNow!

In ServiceNow, Project Requests are called Demands. The request form is similar to the form in Team Dynamix. For more information on how to submit a new project request in ServiceNow, please reference How to Submit a Project Request.

In the request, please describe your business issue or the problem you are trying to solve and the business justification for this request. Once you have successfully submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Below is an overview of the review and prioritization process.

  • Your request will be reviewed by the UITS team.
  • A UITS team member will reach out to request additional information about your request.
  • An email will be sent to your Cabinet member for feedback.
  • Once the above information has been collected, the Demand item (aka: Project Request) will be placed in the UITS Prioritized Project queue.
