*Note: When granting permissions for others to access your calendar, the View options or Can Edit access are recommended. The Delegate option redirects all of your meeting invites and responses to the recipient of the shared inbox.

KSUmail on mobile devices
The Zimbra account must be removed from the mobile device before configuring KSUmail. It is advised that the device be updated to the latest OS and the data backed up to the cloud before configuring KSUmail.

Note: You must log in at ksumail.kennesaw.edu and do the time zone setup first before launching the Outlook Client for the PC.
Self-Migration Checklist for Resource Accounts
If you are the Owner
- You can choose to retrieve your resource account(s) within your own KSUmail account
either from Outlook on the Web or from the Outlook Client.
- Resource Account Access in Outlook Web
Note: Follow the Add Folder Shares instructions to make the resource account inbox appear permanently within your account. - Resource Account Access in the Outlook Client for the PC

- If others need access to the resource account(s), you can grant them access.

If you are the Share Recipient
- Shared Folders: No share acceptance email is generated. You need to manually add folder shares to your KSUmail account. (Outlook on the Web)
- Shared Calendars: Share acceptance email is generated. You will accept the share within the email.
