Can't make it this week? No problem! We'll have additional "spill and spin" events throughout Fall 2024:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 30, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the Carmichael Student Center (Kennesaw)
  • Thursday, Nov. 14, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the lobby of the Atrium Building (Kennesaw)

Need Audio/Visual Equipment for a Project? UITS Is Here for You!

Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment checkout is free for all Owls. Available equipment:

  • Video and still cameras
  • Microphones
  • Tripods
  • PA systems
  • And more!

Non-Communications students can check out AV equipment for up to 2 days.
Communications students can check out AV equipment for up to 4 days.

How to Check Out A/V Equipment

Reservations are recommended and can be made online—you can choose whether you want to pick it up on the Kennesaw or Marietta campus.

Student Employees: Cybersecurity Awareness Training

The University System of Georgia (USG) requires all KSU employees, including student assistants, to complete Cybersecurity Awareness Training by October 31.

The training is available on KnowBe4, the USG's cybersecurity training platform. You can access it via a link included in the email you received from donotreply@know.be4.com on August 30 with the subject line [EXTERNAL] You've been enrolled in the Fall 2024 Cybersecurity Awareness Training.
