New Event Reservation System Coming in Spring: 25Live
Exciting news! KSU will soon have a new system for reserving event and meeting space. 25Live is an academic and event scheduling platform set to replace our Event Management
System (EMS) in mid-Spring 2025.
25Live will improve your experience with its more intuitive, user-friendly interface,
making it easier and more efficient to reserve event and meeting spaces at KSU.
What to expect:
- When 25Live is launched, events already reserved for the future will need to be verified to ensure they were created in the new system correctly and all the "Assigned Resources" are correct.
- 25Live is forecasted to go live in the first quarter of 2025, so please stay tuned for updates and more specific dates as we approach this transition.
- Training materials that will aid in the transition are under development and will be available before the transition.
Thank you for your support as we make this exciting improvement!

Adobe Users: Renew Licenses for Spring Beginning Dec. 14

Renewing Your Adobe License for Spring
If you checked out an Abobe license this Fall, it will expire on December 13 (with a 7-day grace period ending on December 20). To avoid a disruption in access to Adobe products, you will be able to renew your Adobe license beginning on December 14. If you checked out an Adobe license for Fall, you will receive an email reminder from external email address noreply@kivuto.com with a link to renew your license.
Not Renewing Your License?
If you currently have an Adobe license and choose not to renew it, we strongly encourage you to save your Adobe content to Microsoft OneDrive because your Adobe cloud storage will become inaccessible once your license expires.
