Fall 2024 Cybersecurity Awareness Training
In alignment with the University System of Georgia’s cybersecurity training requirements, Fall 2024 Cybersecurity Awareness Training is now available. This training takes approximately 15 minutes and is delivered via KnowBe4, the USG-provided learning platform. All employees are required to complete Cybersecurity Awareness Training by Oct. 31.
You can access this training from the UITS Office of Cybersecurity webpage or via direct link in the email you received on Sep. 1 with the subject line, "You've been enrolled in the Fall 2024 Cybersecurity Awareness Training."
Employees who do not want to take the training online or do not have access to a computer are invited to attend one of the following in-person sessions:

In addition, UITS Office of Cybersecurity staff will be happy to facilitate departmental training sessions by request. Sessions can be conducted via Microsoft Teams or in person. Please submit all requests by Oct. 7 via the KSU Service Desk.
Supervisors, follow these steps to track the training status of your employees:
- Log in to Owl Express.
- Select the Employee Services tab.
- Select Training Dashboard.
