Supports audio & visual equipment needs for classrooms and conference rooms on campus.

Desktop Services
Provide operational support and logical management of desktop systems as well as desktop
related functions for the university.

Applications Support
The Application Support team provides the maintenance and support for enterprise level
applications on campus and is responsible for the technical portion of these applications’
implementations. We strive to provide superior customer service to our end users through
timely and helpful support.

The UITS Training group serves Kennesaw State University Faculty, Staff, and Students

and features such as, Caller ID, Call Waiting, Speed Dialing, and Programmable Function
