AV Services Request Forms

  • Audio-visual equipment such as still cameras, video cameras, microphone kits, tripods and PA systems can be reserved using the online AV Checkout system. The inventory of audio-visual equipment is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There are two convenient AV Equipment Checkout locations, one on each campus:

    • Kennesaw Campus: Technology Annex 110
    • Marietta Campus: Lower Level of H Building

    **Please note that AV equipment must be picked up and dropped off at the location it was originally reserved from.**

    Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Closed during all Academic Breaks and Observed Holidays

  • Event Audio Visual will no longer be receiving support requests through the KSU Service Desk. All events are required to go through our event management system (EMS) and through the Department of Event and Venue Management. To book your event or request AV Support, please visit KSU Reservations. If you already have a reservation in EMS, please reach out to your event representative to request audio-visual assistance. 

    EMS Process Step by Step

    1. In your internet browser, enter reservations.kennesw.edu
    2. Click on “My Home”
    3. Enter your NetID and Password
    4. Under “My Reservation Templates” choose the event type and complete the request.
    5. Upon confirmation of your event, a representative from the Department of Event and Venue Management will reach out to you.
