KSU Service Desk

Service Desk Hours

Fall and Spring Semester Hours of Operation (beginning the first day of classes)

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–10 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Sundays: 1–5 p.m. 
  • Holidays: closed

Summer Semester Hours of Operation (beginning the first day of classes)

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–9 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1–5 p.m. 
  • Holidays: closed

Hours When Classes Are Not in Session 

  • Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. 
  • Saturday–Sunday and holidays: closed 

Submit a Service Ticket

Follow these instructions to submit a service ticket online:

  1. Navigate to service.kennesaw.edu/technology.
  2. Select Service Request.
  3. Log in using your KSUmail address and password.
  4. Select from the menu to request the type of help you need.

Send an email to service@kennesaw.edu. (Students should email studenthelpdesk@kennesaw.edu.)

Call

Call 470-578-6999 to speak with a Service Technician. (Students should call 470-578-3555.) 

Contact Us in Person

Come to one of our walk-up counters on campus: 

  • Kennesaw—Sturgis Library, Suite 4500 
  • Marietta—Academic Building, Lower Level 

Please note that walk-up counter hours differ from regular Service Desk hours, as follows:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–9 p.m. 
  • Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. 
  • Saturday–Sunday and holidays: closed
