Service Desk Hours
Fall and Spring Semester Hours of Operation (beginning the first day of classes)
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–10 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Sundays: 1–5 p.m.
- Holidays: closed
Summer Semester Hours of Operation (beginning the first day of classes)
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–9 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Sunday: 1–5 p.m.
- Holidays: closed
Hours When Classes Are Not in Session
- Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Saturday–Sunday and holidays: closed
Submit a Service Ticket
Follow these instructions to submit a service ticket online:
- Navigate to service.kennesaw.edu/technology.
- Select Service Request.
- Log in using your KSUmail address and password.
- Select from the menu to request the type of help you need.
Send an email to service@kennesaw.edu. (Students should email studenthelpdesk@kennesaw.edu.)

Call 470-578-6999 to speak with a Service Technician. (Students should call 470-578-3555.)

Come to one of our walk-up counters on campus:
- Kennesaw—Sturgis Library, Suite 4500
- Marietta—Academic Building, Lower Level
Please note that walk-up counter hours differ from regular Service Desk hours, as follows:
- Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–9 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Saturday–Sunday and holidays: closed
