The KSU Status Page provides up-to-date service information about the status of and upcoming maintenance
for Kennesaw State University IT systems and services. If you are encountering a problem
that is not listed on this page, please report your issue to the KSU Service Desk
at the KSU Service Portal.
To subscribe and receive text or email alerts when services you use undergo maintenance
or have outages, visit status.kennesaw.edu and click "Subscribe To Updates."
When you encounter an IT problem, check the Status Page and see if it is a known issue.
If it is not listed there, you can report it to the KSU Service Desk at service.kennesaw.edu.
