• What is the best tool for holding virtual meetings?

  We recommend using Microsoft Teams to hold meetings.

• Can I record my virtual meeting for team members who couldn't be present?

  Yes, Microsoft Teams allows for meetings to be recorded and the content can be downloaded.  Video files can be uploaded to Kaltura MediaSpace for sharing.  

Ensuring Productivity

• How can I keep track of what my colleagues are doing?

  Microsoft Planner might be a good solution. While individuals can use Planner to keep track of tasks, steps, and deadlines, teams can use it to do the same with several users at once.

• Can I be notified when a colleague is working on a certain task?

  If you work closely with a group of people on many of the same tasks, you should consider creating a Microsoft Team to collaborate in real time, share content, and store files.
